Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and the charges are processed, it will typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. Exceptions apply for custom orders.

You will receive tracking information within 24-48 business hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you haven't received tracking information within eight business days, please contact us at saselia.store@gmail.com
